Producing Teaching Materials for Spatial Figures with KeTCindy and the Educational Benefits of Combining Materials

2017
KeTpic is a macro package which generates graphical code that can be used in LaTeX. KeTCindy is the collaboration of KeTpic and Cinderella. In mathematical classes at the collegiate level, teachers often use materials for 3D figures such as graphs of two-variable functions and spatial figures. The current version of KeTCindy enables teachers to make interactive slides in pdf format, and, at the same time, efficiently provides the data to make handouts, figures for tablets, and physical models. We conducted an experimental class to research the effect of combining these materials. In this paper, we provide survey results of the above-mentioned experimental class and also show some examples of teaching materials.
