The present invention discloses a composite substrate, and a method of manufacturing a composite substrate based on the vertical LED chip structure, a composite structure consisting of a substrate which is a substrate bottom to top, the graphene. LED chip substrate is perpendicular to the substrate used: CuW, SiC, Si, Mo and the like. This composite substrate, can be used as a vertical LED chip manufacturing bonded substrate, an LED chip bonded on the graphene layer. Using the composite substrate of this LED, as compared to conventional substrates (CuW, SiC, Si), having more excellent heat dissipation performance. Further, the present invention is an LED chip bonded on the graphene layer of the composite substrate, the composition of a vertical LED chip structure, its thermal performance can be effectively improved.
