In the article the particular feature of thinking processes are investigated; the theoretical model of psychological development and personality development in the process of teaching professional communication is substantiated; the criteria of the model suitability to the requirements of the modern society and the labour market are defined. Such psychological process of the man as memory and attention without which the professional activity of the specialist is not possible are examined and exposed.
