Orbital Lymphangioma with Troublesome Recurrent Hemorrhage

2000
In this paper, we report a case of a 2 1/2-year-old boy with MRI-informed right orbital lymphangioma presented with sudden explosive onset of proptosis and globe displacement; percutaneous needle aspiration of blood for debulking initially effective for a short time, and soon in vain. Finally, subtotal excision of the tumor mass stopped the hemorrhage, returned the globe into the orbital cavity.
