An industry initiative for Total Air Transport Safety

An introduction is given to the aims of the Total Air Transport Safety (TATS) working group. This is followed by discussions of human error effects, the need for cooperation, the Shell Pilot Study and present liaisons. Practical proposals, and what we need to do, are finally presented.
