This invention provides a method for adjusting indoor temperature and remote loads of air-conditions, in which, a remote server reads the operation state, power and indoor temperature of family air-conditions collected by various node devices timely, then sums up the power according to the temperature zones and stores the result, when needing adjusting the temperature of a node family air-condition, the remote server inputs the control instruction and value and sends them to the node device, which switches the compressor or power to adjust the room temperature and the load, when needing adjusting the load staggering peak values, it inputs the adjustment instruction and load adjust total volume, the remote server calculates according to the power collection result to get the set value of each air-condition and send it to the node device to realize the adjustment to the load.
