Рецепторы, ассоциированные со следовыми аминами, 1-го подтипа как новая терапевтическая мишень в нейропсихофармакологии

2019
Neuropsychological disorders are among the main current health problems. Every third person in the world is indicated by clinical trials to be at risk for developing mental and neurological disorders. The search of new targets for the pharmacological treatment of these diseases is an important aim of modern neuropsychopharmacology. One of the possible targets may be trace amine associated receptors 1 (TAAR1) described in the beginning of XX century. TAAR1 is the member of G-protein-coupled receptors. Recent studies showed that TAAR1 can modulate brain dopaminergic activity. This review is aimed to describe experimental evidence of TAAR1 therapeutic potential in controlling of mental and neurological disorders, in which pathogenesis involved the disturbances of dopaminergic neurotransmission.
