Inspection and Safety Evaluation for In-serviceLPG Railway Container Vessel

According to the metallurgical analysis and hardness survey,there is no any material deterioration for GY0635393 railway container vessel which has been served for 15 years. It indicated from stress measurement that, under two conditions of designing pressure and hydro test pressure, the testing stress on shells and heads are less than the allowable stress, so the strength of vessel conform to the relevant requirements.
