22.3: New Full Color OLEDs Technology Based on Advanced Color Conversion Method Using Ink‐Jet Printing

In this paper, we describe the development of advanced color conversion method for full-color AMOLED displays. Ink-jet printing technique is innovated for processing color conversion materials to demonstrate 2.8″ full-color a-Si AMOLED display prototypes. They perform high efficiency with 100% NTSC gamut ratio and wide viewing angle, employing anode-common top emission structure.
