Panel Discussion: PATENT-ANTITRUST PROBLEMS

We shall now proceed. Next on the program will be a panel discussion on Patent-Antitrust Problems. It will be moderated by Mr. Wilbur L. Fugate, who is Chief of the Foreign Commerce Section of the Antitrust Division and Chairman of this Section's Subcommittee on Patents, Trademarks and Know-How. Again, our moderator is one of the architects of that section of the developments volume which deals with the subject matter of that committee's assignment. Mr. Fugate is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Virginia and received his Master's Degree from George Washington University. He is a member of the District of Columbia, Virginia and West Virginia Bars.
