The utility model discloses a high-capacity rectangle flexible cable which comprises a laminated copper bar, wherein the laminated copper bar is formed by the lamination of 2 layers or more than 2 layers of copper bars; the laminated copper bar adopts a pay-off device, which is similar to a common circular cable pay-off device for paying off; the outer layer of a conductor formed by the laminated copper bar is an insulation layer; the insulation layer is made of insulation material extruded by a cable extruding machine with a rectangle extrusion mold; and the cross section of the high-capacity rectangle flexible cable is rectangle or approximately rectangle. The high-capacity rectangle flexible cable has the advantages that as the cross section of the cable is rectangle and heavy current can pass through the cable comparing with the current passing through the circular cable with the same cross section, so the capacity and the current-carrying capacity are high; compared with the circular cable with the same cross section, the rectangle flexible cable has smaller bending radius, so the bending radius is smaller; the rectangle flexible cable is mounted manually, needs small space and needs no special equipment during mounting, so the mounting is convenient; the rectangle flexible cable can be connected more conveniently without mounting terminals, and the mounting time is also saved; as the rectangle flexible cable adopts the copper bar as conductor, the tension distribution is uniform in the width direction of the cable, therefore, the tensile strength is extremely high.
