Cell culturing method, culture medium, and culture medium kit

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cell culturing method having superior capability to grow cells using simple steps, and a culture medium and a culture medium kit which are used in the cell culturing method. The cell culturing method according to the present invention comprises culturing cells in a culture medium in which a human recombinant protein is dissolved, wherein the human recombinant protein is laminin, collagen, gelatin, or a variant thereof, and the content of the human recombinant protein in the culture medium is 0.01 ng/mL to 500 μg/mL.
