Dynamic mechanical and thermal properties of the stratum corneum layer of epidermis

Abstract Examples are shown of the application of wide-angle X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, and dynamic mechanical spectroscopy to developing an understanding of the structure-property relationships of a biological tissue, the outer layer of mammalian epidermis.
