The invention discloses a rotation type magnetic refrigeration device and magnetic refrigeration equipment. The rotation type magnetic refrigeration device comprises a magnetic conductive rotating shaft and two magnetic refrigeration assemblies. Notches are formed in the two ends of the magnetic conductive rotating shaft respectively and are formed back to back. The two magnetic refrigeration assemblies are symmetrically arranged along the axis of the magnetic conductive rotating shaft. Each magnetic refrigeration assembly comprises a magnetic field system, a magnetizer assembly and two magnetic refrigeration beds, wherein the magnetic field system comprises two opposite magnets, the magnetizer assembly comprises a middle magnetizer and two side magnetizers, the side magnetizers are fixed to the corresponding magnets, the middle magnetizer is located between the two side magnetizers, and the magnetic refrigeration beds are correspondingly located between the middle magnetizer and the side magnetizers. The middle of the magnetic conductive rotating shaft is attached to the middle magnetizers, and the two ends of the magnetic conductive rotating shaft are in alternative contact with the corresponding side magnetizers in the magnetic refrigeration assemblies. The two magnetic refrigeration beds of the magnetic refrigeration assemblies can perform refrigeration alternately, and the refrigeration efficiency is improved.
