Device and method for the pneumatic fluid automation by implosive gas flow.

2004
Device and method for the pneumatic atomization of liquids by implosive gas flow. Device and method of atomization of liquids by using a gas or vapor impeller (hereinafter, gas) that is pressed into said device. Both fluids are expelled to the outside after mixing aerosol or droplet suspension entrained by the gas. The gas enters the device and presses the free liquid surface, propelling through a tube to the mixing region. The output section of said tube is approximately facing the container with a hole through which goes outside the aerosol. The inner edges of the outlet section of the tube and the outlet define an annular passage surface of the gas. The gas flow is essentially radial and centripetal in that area, passing the liquid stream. There may be a regulator pressure drop to control the flow of liquid.
