Heripene having pain reduction efficacy, hericium erinaceus mycelium active substance, preparation method for active substance, and pharmaceutical composition including active substance

2015
A hericium erinaceus active substance, a preparation method for the active substance, and a pharmaceutical composition including the active substance. The active substance is prepared via the following steps: (a) placing a hericium erinaceus mycelium on a flat plate, and incubating for 8-16 days at 15-32 o C; (b) inoculating the hericium erinaceus mycelium cultured in step (a) on a flask culture medium, and culturing for 3-5 days at a temperature of 20-30 o C and a pH value of 4.5-6.5; (c) inoculating the hericium erinaceus mycelium cultured in step (b) on a fermentation tank culture medium, culturing for 8-16 days at a temperature of 24-32 o C and a pH value of 4.5-5.5, and obtaining a fermentation broth; (d) drying the fermentation broth obtained in step (c), and obtaining a hericium erinaceus mycelium powder. An alcohol solvent is then used to extract the hericium erinaceus mycelium powder, an alcohol extract is obtained, the alcohol extract is then purified and separated, and a heripene compound is obtained.
