The invention discloses a hydrogasification furnace, a hydrogasification system and a hydrogasification method, relates to the technical field of coal gasification and is used for realizing simple and efficient utilization of tar. The hydrogasification furnace comprises an outer barrel and an inner barrel located in the outer barrel, wherein the inner barrel comprises a reaction chamber and a chilling zone which are communicated with each other, the reaction chamber is located above the chilling zone, and a synthetic gas outlet is formed in the outer barrel and located below a position where the reaction chamber and the chilling zone are connected; the hydrogasification furnace further comprises a chilling device located on the periphery of the position where the reaction chamber and the chilling zone are connected, the tar is introduced into the chilling device, multiple first jetting ports facing the bottom of the reaction chamber are formed in the chilling device, and multiple first tar holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the first jetting ports are formed in the bottom of the reaction chamber. The hydrogasification furnace, the hydrogasification system and the hydrogasification method are used for performing hydrogasification treatment on coal.
