Endoscopic forceps removal for complicated magnetic beads impaction.

Magnets ingestion in children is not rare and pose a high risk of severe complications. Herein, we presented a case of pediatric magnets ingestion in which magnets were separately lodged in the lower esophagus and cardia. An innovative endoscopic removal technique using forceps was successful in treating this complicated case.
