PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to precisely determine whether a person in a different image is a same person or not even when the person is photographed from a different direction.SOLUTION: An image determination device includes a processing device. The processing device determines whether a first person extracted from a first image is the same as a second person extracted from a second image. Then, the processing device performs determination based on comparison processing such that influence on results of comparison of feature quantity of contour section of the first person with feature quantity of contour section of the second person becomes larger than influence on results of comparison of feature quantity of a section far from the contour section of the first person with feature quantity of a section far from the contour section of the second person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
