Interest in global renewable energy is increasing worldwide to respond to the Paris Agreement. Among them, Fuel cell research is in the limelight, and the market is expected to expand further. Fuel cells have various advantages compared to conventional power sources, such as internal combustion engines or batteries. Fuel cells are used in a wide range of portable, stationary and transport applications. especially, The growth rate of the stationary fuel cell is very high. Safety management analysis is essential to increase the supply of stationary fuel cell. In case of foreign, based on the environmental conditions of each country, such as North American and European countries, the standard is establish according to the highly studied fuel cell. In this study, we have verified the need for safety management for fuel cell power generation product. Through analysis of international and domestic current status of related to safety management for fuel cell power generation. From now on, In the development of the fuel cell safety performance assessment technology, we intend to utilize this research material as base data to contribute to spread of supply.
