HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) driving system based on CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission)

2012
The invention provides an HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) driving system based on CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). The HEV driving system based on the CVT comprises a combustion engine, a dual-mass flywheel, a planetary gear mechanism, a forward gear clutch, a back gear brake, a driving motor, a motor controller, a battery, a CVT mechanism, a speed reducer mechanism and a differential mechanism assembly, wherein the CVT mechanism comprises a driving belt wheel, a driven belt wheel, a metal belt and an electric oil pump, and a hybrid power dedicated continuously-variable unit is formed by integrating the CVT mechanism with the driving motor, the planetary gear mechanism, the forward gear clutch, the back gear brake, the speed reducer mechanism and the differential mechanism assembly; a hydraulic torque converter is removed by the CVT mechanism, the power of the combustion engine can be transmitted to the CVT mechanism through the dual-mass flywheel; and the driving motor is integrally arranged on the driving belt wheel, and the pressure of a hydraulic system is supplied by adopting the electric oil pump. According to the HEV driving system based on the CVT, provided by the invention, the energy-saving key technologies of an HEV such as low speed electric vehicle, idle speed removing, reduction of engine discharge capacity, motor assistance, steady-state operation of an engine and recovery of brake energy can be better realized.
