Single-line cutting equipment

The invention relates to single-line cutting equipment and particularly relates to single-line cutting equipment suitable for cutting sapphires. The single-line cutting equipment mainly comprises a winding mechanism and a cutting platform, wherein a diamond line is loaded in a line winding and unwinding wheel of a winding device and is sent to do reciprocating motion between guide wheels of the cutting platform after the tension of the diamond line is adjusted by a tension pulley, so that a product on the cutting platform is cut. The single-line cutting equipment is characterized in that the cutting platform comprises two or more independent platforms which are all driven by the same winding device. Through the way of driving more platforms by one winding device, the cost is saved, and the work efficiency is improved greatly. As the independent platforms are driven by one winding mechanism, and most cost of the equipment lies in the winding mechanism, the cutting cost is reduced greatly; by adopting the independent winding mechanisms and the line winding and unwinding wheel with large diameter, the quantity of the loaded diamond line is increased greatly, so that the cost is reduced further; and as the arrangement space among the diamond line is enlarged, diamonds can be prevented from falling off due to the over close arrangement of the diamond line.
