Palladium based hydrogenation catalyst and its application in the hydrogenation of anthraquinone

The present invention discloses a palladium-based catalyst, wherein the composite oxide of zirconia and active alumina to a carrier via a modified lithium, palladium-based active ingredient selected from magnesium, calcium, lanthanum, one or more of cerium, iron, cobalt, nickel and zinc to co-active ingredient in said carrier, the mass ratio of zirconium dioxide and activated alumina was ZrO2: Al2O3 = 1: (1 ~ 40); the mass of the lithium content in the carrier is 0.1 to 20%; mass content of said palladium in the catalyst is 0.01 to 10%; co-active components of said mass content of the catalyst is 0 to 8%. Compared with the prior art, the catalyst of the present invention has a significant improvement in activity, wear resistance, hydration performance.
