Report of the review panel for the design review of high-average-current RF photoinjector for 100 Kwatt FEL

A formal design review of the high-average-current RF photoinjector for a 100 Kwatt FEL was held on January 21st and 22nd, 2004, at Advanced Energy Systems in Medford, New York. The main conclusion of the review was that reducing the accelerating gradient in the third cell would reduce the thermal loads to an acceptable level. The panel recommended that this revision be made.
