The invention discloses an explosive-packing paper tube recovery device and a recovery method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: steam spraying, layering through centrifugation, and recycling paper tubes. The recovery device comprises a melting channel, a steam pipe communicated with the inner of the melting channel, a rotating disc arranged in the melting channel, and a suction pipe which extends to the edge of the rotating disc. A driving device drives the rotating disc to rotate in the melting channel, wherein the cross section of the rotating disc is in a V shape, and the included angle of the V shape is A ( 150 degree< A <170 degree); and the suction pipe can blow off the paper tube on the edge of the rotating disc. The device has the advantages of simple structure and capability of quickly removing paraffin by utilizing high temperature steam heating and centrifugal force.
