Clinical Study of Early Intravenous Thrombolysis Treatment of Recombinant Tissue-type Plasminogen Activator in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

2011
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction early static. Methods Analysed 80 cases clinical data in patients with acute cerebral infarction retrospectively.Incidence time of the ACI patients6h were treated with rt-PA(50mg) of intravenous thrombolytic therapy thrombolysis, before and after thrombolysis 30min,24 h,14d and 3 months were used by the U.S.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score, and 3 months after thrombolysis, given the revised Rankin score and activities of daily living Barthal Index score,to evaluate the efficacy and safety. Results NIHSS scores were significantly improved at different time points after thrombolysis,no significant difference between groups(all P0.05);≤6h treatment of the 1h,3h,24h a significant effect of recanalization rate was significantly better than the other two groups,(all P0.05);≤6h treatment the incidence of rebleeding was significantly lower than the other groups(all P0.05).Conclusion Give rt-PA thrombolytic therapy to patients of ACI within 6h is relatively safe and effective.
