2-component epoxy resin type adhesives for ceramic tiles

PURPOSE: A component epoxy resin type adhesive for ceramic tiles is provided to ensure construction of large-sized tile and marble to walls of a residential and commercial complex, shopping district building, and offices through dot adhesion method. CONSTITUTION: A component epoxy resin type adhesive for ceramic tiles comprises a base material part and a hardener part. The base material part comprises 25-40 weight % of epoxy resin, 0.1-0.5 weight % of dispersing agent, 1.0-2.0 weight % of thixo imparting agent, 55-70 weight % of inorganic filler, and 0.5-5 weight % of reactive diluents. The hardener part comprises 11-23 weight % of polyamide hardening resin, 1.2-2.5 weight % of MXDA(meta xylene diamine) hardening resin, 0.1-0.5 weight % of dispersing agent, 3-7 weight % of curing accelerator, 1.0-2.0 weight % of thixo imparting agent, 60-75 weight % of inorganic filler and 1-5 weight % of reactive diluents.
