Analysis on the academic character of university teachers in contemporary era

Affected by the unbalance of dualistic rights assignment in university,the negative effects of market economy,the utilitarianism of academic management and evaluation system,and the moral cultivation defects of university teachers,academic character of university teachers at present has taken on disruption phenomenon or dissimilation phenomenon,such as politicalization,commercialization,secularization,falsehood,utilitarianism and fickleness.In order to reshaping academic character,we should establish the idea of academic standard,carry forward intellectuals'spirits including detachment and intervention,build a kind of well-behaved ecology in favor of academic character's development for university teachers,create academic evaluation system of academic value-oriented,and strengthen the academic and moral autonomy characterized by academic character.
