Testing device for directly measuring bonding performance of early-stage concrete and steel bars

2011
The utility model discloses a testing device for directly measuring the bonding performance of early-stage concrete and steel bars. The testing device comprises an outer frame and a loading device, wherein the loading device is arranged in the outer frame; the upper end of the outer frame is connected with a testpiece template for placing of a testpiece by a planar hinge; and the loading device comprises a hydraulic jack, a hollow load sensor, a spherical hinge, a displacement sensor, a hydraulic oil pump and a resistance strain gauge. After the concrete is poured, the test is directly carried out without disassembling a die. Before the test, the displacement sensor is arranged at the top end of the testpiece; when in test, the hydraulic oil pump drives the hydraulic jack to generate a pull force to the steel bars, so that relative displacement between the steel bars and the concrete is generated, the bonding force is generated, and then the bonding performance between the early-stage concrete and the steel bars is tested. The testing device is simple in structure, convenient in disassembly, and fewer in needed materials and instruments, not only is applicable to scientific research, but also is applicable to testing the bonding performance between the early-stage concrete and the steel bars on a construction site.
