Fault Diagnosis of the Thermal Control System based on Temperature Curve Characteristics

Since the 1980s, fault diagnosis research of nonlinear systems has begun and some significant progress has been made. The failure of the thermal control system (TCS) will affect the performance of the on-board electronic equipment and the entire satellite, even causing serious accidents. Based on the study of temperature curve distribution, this paper presents a fault diagnosis method based on the difference between the predicted value and the actual value. Starting from the normal state, using the residual distribution characteristics to predict the normal situation of the model, this paper analyzes and diagnoses the system fault based on past experience, and verifies the performance of the method through simulation.
