Design and Implementation of HMI Components Based on OpenSCADA

With the continuous improvement of motion control technology and the access of multiple monitoring sensors, the complexity of the system has become higher and higher. Openness, modularity, scalability, and cross-platform have become the bottleneck of the development of traditional CNC acquisition and monitoring systems. A single machine can no longer satisfy the ability of data analysis and processing of multiple devices. It has become a trend to develop a simple and intuitive data acquisition and monitoring system with high integration. Based on The Linux platform of Longson 3A4000 general processor, this paper designed HMI components for data acquisition and monitoring based on OpenSCADA open source system for open CNC system and sensor access technology of CNC machine tools. The experimental results show that the system achieves the expected design objectives and can achieve stable and real-time data acquisition, which lays a technical foundation for visual integration environment.
