Loading test device for hoisting lifting appliance and test method applying loading test device

The invention provides a loading test device for a hoisting lifting appliance and a test method applying the loading test device. A lifting appliance main body of a to-be-tested lifting appliance which is fixedly arranged on an upper cross beam is driven by a jacking device to ascend in the vertical direction; loading is conducted on upper rolling wheels wound on the to-be-tested lifting appliance and steel wire ropes on fixed rolling wheel fixedly arranged on fixed rolling wheel mounting seats of a support underframe until a loading measurement mechanism shows that loading pulling force on the steel wire ropes reaches to a set value; a loading test is completed. According to the invention, the loading test of the whole lifting appliance can be completed just by driving the upper cross beam to ascend by the jacking mechanism without application of a heavy duty pedrail crane and a weight with relatively large size; cost of the loading test can be efficiently reduced; safety in the whole testing process is relatively high.
