The invention provides a method for acquiring a physical hardening property evaluation index of a bituminous material, and relates to a method for acquiring a property evaluation index of a bituminous material. The method is used for solving the problem that in the present process of evaluating the physical hardening property of the bituminous material, the physical hardening property of the bituminous material cannot be objectively or accurately evaluated. The method comprises the steps that a stiffness modulus curve of the bituminous material is determined according to a bent beam rheological test, a modulus curve of the physically aged bituminous material is translated to the modulus curve, on the reference condition, of the bituminous material on the basis of the time-temperature equivalent principle of a viscoelastic material, a corresponding translocation factor is calculated, and then the time-translocation factor curve slope KZ is calculated. The method is used for evaluating the physical hardening property of the bituminous material and is suitable for evaluation and selection of the bituminous material.
