The invention relates to anti-fatigue health care wine and a preparing method thereof. The anti-fatigue health care wine is composed of, by weight, 100-500 parts of base yellow wine, 15-20 parts of ginseng, 15-20 parts of corn cervi pantotrichum, 10-15 parts of schisandra chinensis, 10-15 parts of lucid ganoderma, 10-15 parts of fructus lycii, 5-10 parts of asparagus cochinchinensis, 5-10 parts of Chinese date, and 5-10 parts of cordyceps sinensis. The anti-fatigue health care wine is gentle, tastes good, and can relax the muscles and stimulate the blood circulation and resist fatigue. Especially after stabilizers are used, the problem of poor stability of yellow wine is solved.
