Finite Element Analysis of FHZ48-70 Annular Pressure-containing Parts for Subsea Blowout Preventer

Through Finite element analysis of FHZ48-70annular pressure-containing parts——body and head for subsea blowout preventer,it offers theoretical support.Body and head are joined by craw,optimized design was completed for number,angle and height of teeth.It was affected to the security and rationality of BOP.By stress linearization,the result shows that the configuration met the API specification,the BOP tests were completed in factory.
