A New Algorithm for the Risk of Project Time Based on Monte Carlo Simulation

The risk of project time was analyzed and a new algorithm was proposed based on the previous outcomes and Monte Carlo Simulation. The computing process under the new algorithm was demonstrated combing with an example, which suggested that the new algorithm could reduce the calculated amount effectively and thus provide a reference for the risk management of project completion time.
