The work is devoted to analysis of 40 case histories of the hardly curable patients with Meniere-like attacks. Authors discuss the main anamnestic facts and the results of additional methods of examination useful for managing the proper diagnosis and therapeutic measures. The conclusion about importance of detection the presence and quality of headache in patients with systemic vertigo is made.
