Customized acetabulum guide plate

The invention provides a customized acetabulum guide plate which is assembled on the acetabulum and used for guiding implantation of an acetabular prosthesis. The customized acetabulum guide plate comprises a semi-spherical cup body, two positioning arms which extend from the edge of the cup body in an upward bending mode and are arranged in a spaced mode, an abutting foot protrusively extending from the outer surface of the cup body and a guide portion upwards extending from the bottom of the cup body. The positioning arms are provided with contacting portions which abut against the surrounding portions of the acetabulum, and the abutting foot abuts against the acetabular fossa. The guide portion is provided with a longitudinally-arranged guide hole. When the acetabulum guide plate is assembled on the acetabulum, the axis where the extending direction of the guide hole is located is set through pre-operation planning and coincides with the central axis of the acetabulum. According to the customized acetabulum guide plate, by abutting the contact portions of the positioning arms against the surrounding portions of the acetabulum and abutting the abutting foot against the acetabular fossa, the customized acetabulum guide plate is stably and firmly assembled at the pre-positioned position of the acetabulum, the structure is simple, and operation is convenient.
