The invention discloses a superfine bainite abrade resistant steel and its production technique. It is a alloy steel of high carbon and MnCrWSiAlV series, its chemical constituent is as follow by weight; C 0.7 to 1.1, Mn 0.5 to 3.0, Cr 0.5 to 3.0, W 0.1 to 2.0, Si 0.5 to 3.0, Al 0.1 to 2.0, V0.0 to 0.3, S fewer than 0.05, P fewer than 0.05, Fe take the rest. The heat processing technique is that: the final heat processing technique is the same to both hammering and castings. After final heat processing the superfine bainite is organized with a little high carbon austenite organize left acquiring ideal general dynamic performance, the rigidity reaches HRC 60 to 65, and the toughness reaches 40 to 80 J per square centimeter. Its service life is 1 to 3 times longer than the common ZGMn 13 steel under high stress and low stress abrading conditions.
