Rosin soap emulsified asphalt water-proof material

2014
The invention discloses a rosin soap emulsified asphalt water-proof material, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 1-2 parts of water glass, 8-14 parts of heavy diesel oil, 2-4 parts of caustic soda, 6-12 parts of asbestos wool, 25-40 parts of lime paste, 15-20 parts of tung oil, 5-10 parts of chlorobenzene, 5-8 parts of thixotropic agent, 6-8 parts of diethylenetriamine, 2-5 parts of rosin soap, 1-2 parts of methylbenzene and 50-60 parts of water. The product is resistant to the high temperature of 80-100 DEG C, does not bubble or flow at 90 DEG C within 5 hours, is water-impermeable, and does not change under the dynamic water pressure of 0.1-0.2MPa within 5 hours. The product is high in aging resistance and weather resistance, waterproof and cracking-resistant, and can be produced on a large scale to replace the conventional material continuously.
