On the Variation of Chinese Cuisine Names and its Culture

Due to the different ways of thinking,expression and cuisine culture,there are more variations in Chinese cuisine names compared with English cuisine names.This paper,from the angle of variation,classifies these variations into three main categories: vocabulary variation,semantic variation and situation variation.Based on these language Phenomena,this paper analyses the cultural causes for these variations and their inner linguistic bases.
