뇌성마비 아동의 단기간 집중적 트레드밀 훈련이 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

2020
Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of short_term intensive treadmill training on balance and gait in children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 20 subjects consisted of 10 fast gait treadmill training groups and 10 normal gait treadmill training groups. Treadmill training without weight support was performed 5 times a week for 20 minutes and 2 weeks. Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS)), Timed up and go test (TUG), and Stride length were used to evaluate the balance and gait before and after intervention. Result The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference in both the FTT groups and NTT groups before and after the PBS change (p 0.05) in the post_comparison comparison and no significant difference (p> 0.05). Conclusion Short_term intensive treadmill training in children with cerebral palsy is effective in increasing balance ability and gait function, and FTT affects balance and gait more than normal treadmill training.
