An underground water filter capable of being thrown and fished comprises a hanging short connection component and a hanging filter component movably mounted in the hanging short connection component. The hanging short connection component comprises a cylindrical body with the two ends open, connectors arranged at the two ends of the cylindrical body respectively, reducing hanging circular beads arranged on the inner surface of the middle portion of the cylindrical body from top to bottom in sequence, and a body sealing section. The hanging filter component comprises a hanging body and a filter screening pipe connected to the lower end of the hanging body, a fishing groove is formed in the inner surface of the upper portion of the hanging body, expanding hanging circular beads are arranged on the outer surface of the middle portion of the hanging body, sealing rubber rings are arranged on the outer surface of the lower portion of the hanging body, and a filter element net is arranged on the inner surface of the filter screening pipe. When the hanging filter component stretches into the hanging short connection component, the expanding hanging circular beads are clamped by the reducing hanging circular beads and are hung, and the sealing rubber rings and the body sealing section are in interference sealing. The hanging short connection component can be hung at any position of a water injection tubular column, and installation is flexible and reliable; the hanging filter component can be hung and can be conveniently fished, recovered and repeatedly replaced.
