Using 2D GIS for the 3D reconstruction of the Corno Zuccone sackung, Val Taleggio (Italy)

The development of specialist software for 3D visualisation (e.g. Lynx, g0cad, Earth Vision) permits reconstruction of complex geological bodies. Examples have been published concerning studies based on boreholes and geophysics, but few have concerned mapped structural bodies (de Kemp, 2000).
