Process for the preparation of polyacetal composites with high rigidity and improved barrier properties

Process for the preparation of polyacetal composites, wherein phyllosilicate is added in water, there swells, sheared in a further process step and thereby delaminated, water-containing solvent, polyacetal and optionally further additives are added, the mixture with heating in a closed vessel at a pressure of 10 6 to 4 · 10 6 Pa (10 to 40 bar) is dissolved, the polyacetal is precipitated together with at least part of the phyllosilicate and the precipitated product is kneaded in the melt after further treatment.
