Penerapan Stad Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas Xi Sma Gajahmada Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD di kelas XI SMA Gajahmada Medan TA. 2014/2015. Subjek adalah kelas XI IPS-2 sebanyak 30 orang. Melalui metode Action Research dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui tes dan observasi, diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-tes 66,67 (tuntas 30%), sedangkan pada tes siklus I nilai rata-rata menjadi 73,67 (60% tuntas). Meningkat 7 poin dari sebelum penerapan. Sedangkan siklus II nilai rata-rata 84,33 (83,33% tuntas), peningkatan 10,66 poin dari siklus I. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas siswa sebesar 16,67%, (siklus 40%, sedangkan siklus II 56,67%). Melalui penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa Penerapan STAD di kelas XI SMA Gajahmada Medan Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Abstract This study aims to increase students' learning outcomes accounting by applying classroom learning model STAD in class XI SMA Gajahmada in Academic Year 2014/2015.
