Computer modeling of the heat transfer processes in injection molding

The results are given of the computer modeling of the heat transfer processes in injection molding. The distribution of temperature in the plant working route and molds for forming ceramic products in the form of nozzles, solid balls, bolls with a hole, and rings have been defined. The initial technological dependences have been calculated of the time of cooling thermoplastic mixtures based on AlN, SiC, and WC to 40°C for products of various shapes and types and sizes.
