Photodeposition of Electrochromic Metal Oxide Films

Dr. Wei Cheng is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in Professor Curtis Berlinguette's group at the University of British Columbia. His research focuses on the design and synthesis of amorphous materials and nanomaterials for application in electrochromic windows, batteries, and electrocatalysis. Wei received his PhD degree in materials science in 2016 from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich), where he studied the synthesis and assembly of metal oxide nanowires and nanosheets under the supervision of Professor Markus Niederberger.
