Provided is a semiconductor device wherein a power supply system that cools a semiconductor element by Peltier cooling is simplified.  A Peltier member (102) is provided between copper plates (100), and a semiconductor element (101) is mounted on the surface which is of one of the copper plates and different from the surface facing the Peltier member (102).
