Cocoon cooking process at high altitude environment

2013
The invention belongs to the technical field of cocoon cooking, and particularly provides a cocoon cooking process at high altitude environment. The cocoon cooking process comprises procedures of cocoon selecting, cocoon steaming, cocoon cooking, reeling and the like. When cocoons are selected, the proportion of basinies cocoon is controlled to be lower than one ten thousandth; when cocoons are steamed, appropriate pressure is selected according to different cocoon layer ratios; when cocoons are cooked, the temperature of penetrating water is controlled to range from 25 to 35 DEG C, silk impregnating agent blended by fatty acid ester derivatives, surfactants and mixtures of mineral oil is adopted as an additive, the temperature for cocoon cooking is grasped comprehensively for appropriate end groping percentage, reelability percentage, operating percentage and sericin dissoluble percentage; when reeling is performed, the temperature of groping end hot water ranges from 86 to 90 DEG C. By the aid of the cocoon cooking process, the problems that sericin content of the cocoon is low, cleaning is slightly unexpected, classifying requirements are high, high-quality silk is difficult to produce in high altitude silkworm farming areas can be solved well.
